its finally here… Yes i am talking about the Emergence Day. For those of you who have still not caught on about what i am talking about, i am talking about Gears of War. Yes!!! It has finally launched in India.
I am gonna pick my copy tomorrow and will enjoy this game. Now i just wish i had a nice LCD TV 
I would like to point out that the game launched just after 2 days before it had a UK launch. So we can see that Microsoft India is really working very hard for the indian gamers.
ok so here is a deal, if you were an active Windows Vista technet tester meaning you filed bugs, Microsoft is giving out a free copy of Windows Vista to you.Testers can select if they want Windows Vista Ultimate Edition or Vista Enterprise Edition.
After hearing this, i am totally impressed by Microsoft’s Marketing Division. If they give out free copies of Windows Vista they just lose out a quarter million dollars but its a very cool way of advertising their product. So i guess all those nights when i used to sit with Windows Vista running it on my slow a$$ machine and filing bugs have been fruitful. This also motivates testers to continue beta testing.

So i have just ordered my new Pc, its gonna be here by next tuesday ie 21st November which means i will to have to wait a few days 
so I am getting the following for now
Intel Core 2 Duo E6300, Asus P5B, Nvidia 7300 , Kingston 1 GB Ram and Seagate 160 GB HDD SATA. After this i plan to get a nice tv tuner card that supports Media Centre but that will take time because i have drained all my money. So yea basically next tuesday i get back on internet
by the way the setup is costing me 650 US $
I am so bored at the moment. I dont have a computer because it managed to die. So today i decided that i will build a new Pc.
So i called up this person from whom i buy my stuffs and he says Intel Core 2 Duo processor has gone out of stock and chances are that it might turn up by 15th Nov 06, so it totally sucks.
I played on my xbox360 for about 3 hrs but i soon got bored because i have already completed the games. So i called up a retailer to ask him about the new games and he says new games are expected to arrive by 19th Nov 2006 so again it sucks. So far i managed to study only 2 hours but i know i will be going back home and would be studying more since my exams are still going on. But this is life…
totally boring and full of bad lucks. By the way i have decided to dump the idea of buying an LCD TV because the only reason i wanted to get was due to Xbox 360 but i cant seem to get enough games. So the LCD Tv wont arrive before May 2007 because i have to balance my money.
Oh yea this should be the configuration of my new computer..
Intel Core 2 Duo E6300, Intel 965 Motherboard, 1 GB Ram, 250 GB Seagate SATA Hdd and before you guys shoot complaining about the configuration, i want to let you guys know that i have money problems, so this is what i get under 500 US $ and i am pretty much happy with it…
